Our Code of Conduct

• Cycles will be kept clean, in good mechanical condition and in safe working order
• Cycles will be provided to suit the size of the hirer
• We are insured for public liability for a minimum of £5,000,000
• Hirers will be provided with basic repair equipment (e.g. pump, puncture kit, dumbbell spanner) or an emergency 'recovery' telephone number
• Hirers will be advised about safe routes, sensible distances, attractions/sights to be visited, and refreshment points
• Hirers will be advised of the hire centre's closing times, and their responsibility to return cycles at agreed times

Family Cycle Ride - 10 miles (1-2 hours)

Ideal for beginners or families, this 10 mile bike ride takes along the beautiful Norfolk countryside through picturesque villages such as the amusingly named Little Snoring - a village with its own unusual round tower church which is completely separate from the church itself! Passing through the villages you are likely to see our Norfolk wildlife such as pheasants, rabbits and if you are lucky maybe even deer! A favourite stop is at Walsingham, where the cream teas are superb and the village offers unique shopping from toys to country life pottery. It is also the epicentre for many pilgrims who visit Our Lady of Walsingham Catholic Church.

Intermediate Cycle Ride - 30 miles/50k (half day)

Truly experience what North Norfolk has to offer! With this cycle route you will experience the many of our most beautiful villages, breath taking views and nature at its best. Half way on your ride you can stop at the amazing Wells-next-the-Sea which offers typical seaside shops, arcades, the beach, a miniature train ride and even some crazy golf. Or if you prefer a more peaceful seaside town, Holkham has a few local art and craft shops along with the famous Victoria, hotel and restaurant renowned for its fine dining and period interior. If you're not too tired, experience the long beaches where the rest of the world melts away.

Advanced Cycle Ride - 60 miles/100k (all day)

For the more experienced rider or real fitness thriller this all day cycle route offers the same advantages as the intermediate but with a longer detour through more villages to Holt. Holt is a Georgian town which has lots to offer and a great breaking point in which to catch your breath. The shops are contained in a puzzle of streets which are all in easy walking distance... but don't stay too long you'll still have the seaside to take in yet!
